INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL/FOREIGN ARRIVAL

After clearing customs and claiming your bags, please step outside and then MAKE AN IMMEDIATE LEFT AND CONTINUE WALKING UNTIL YOU SEE THE OPEN "TOUR GROUP LOADING AREA" ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE. Our driver will be waiting and holding your name sign at this location.

**Please Note: After you step outside, DO NOT cross over to the center median. Please be sure to follow the directions listed in the above paragraph.

UNITED AIRLINES

When you walk towards baggage claim to claim your luggage, and as you step down that Stairwell or Escalator please look for overhead sign which points to the right that says TOUR GROUP.  Our driver will be holding your name sign outside that TOUR GROUP area. 

Please Note: After claiming your luggage, please DO NOT proceed to the front Exit door but instead go to the side Exit door (TOUR GROUP) which is located right next to baggage carousel #31.

DELTA AIRLINES

After claiming your luggage from baggage claim, please DO NOT use the front exit door. Instead, from baggage claim, simply keep walking to and look for baggage claim carousel #31. Then use the side exit door located right next to baggage carousel #31 also called TOUR GROUP. Our driver/vehicle will be waiting for you just outside of that TOUR GROUP exit door.

AMERICAN AIRLINES – BAGGAGE CLAIM #20 or #21

After claiming your luggage from baggage claim #20 or #21, please step outside and WALK ACROSS OVER TO THE CENTER MEDIAN.  Our driver/vehicle will be waiting for you outside, at the center median.

WESTJET AIRLINES,  ALASKA AIRLINES, AIR CANADA – BAGGAGE CLAIM #18 or #19

After claiming your luggage from baggage claim #18 or #19, please step outside and WALK AROSS OVER TO THE CENTER MEDIAN.  Our driver/vehicle will be waiting for you outside, at the center median.

HAWAIIAN AIRLINES (DOMESTIC/US MAINLAND) – BAGGAGE CLAIM #6 to #11

After claiming your luggage, please step outside and MAKE AN IMMEDIATE RIGHT, THEN CONTINUE WALKING TO THE END OF THE BUILDING UNTIL YOU SEE THE OPEN LOADING AREA.  Our driver/vehicle will be waiting for you there.
