Due to Airport security measures and regulations, transportation companies can only pick-up at certain designated permittee locations at the Airport so please follow the directions for meeting our driver/vehicle very carefully below.
If you do not see our driver please give us a call at (808) 524-5466 or (808) 392-2271. In most cases, our driver is circling around the terminal which usually takes approximately 5-7 minutes because we are only allowed to park & wait for 15 minutes at a time.
INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL/FOREIGN ARRIVAL
After clearing customs and collecting all your bags, please proceed outside using EXIT #1 (Please DO NOT use EXIT #2). Our driver and vehicle will be waiting for you with your name sign just outside of EXIT #1 by the open Tour Group Loading area.
UNITED AIRLINES
After claiming your luggage from carousel 31, please DO NOT step outside to the front exit “Ground Transport” but instead please use the inside exit (Pre-Arranged 5) located next to carousel 31. Our driver will be waiting for you with your name sign at the open loading area just outside that side exit door of Pre-Arranged 5.
DELTA AIRLINES
After claiming your luggage, please DO NOT step outside to the front exit (Ground Transport) but instead from where you claim your luggage, please go to baggage carousel #31 and use the inside exit (Pre-Arranged 5) located next to carousel #31. Our driver will be waiting for you with your name sign outside that open loading area of Pre-Arranged 5.
AMERICAN AIRLINES, SOUTHWEST AIRLINES – BAGGAGE CLAIM #20 or #21
After claiming your luggage, please step outside BAGGAGE CLAIM 21, YOU WILL SEE COLUMN #53, THEN CROSS 2 LANES OVER TO THE PRE-ARRANGED 4 PICKUP AREA. Our driver will be waiting for you at the PRE-ARRANGED 4 pickup area.
WESTJET AIRLINES, ALASKA AIRLINES, AIR CANADA – BAGGAGE CLAIM #18 or #19
After claiming your luggage, please step outside and WALK TO YOUR LEFT TO PRE-ARRANGED 3 (You will see COLUMN #33), THEN ACROSS OVER THE CENTER MEDIAN. Our driver will be waiting for you outside at the center median of PRE-ARRANGED 3 pickup area.
HAWAIIAN AIRLINES (DOMESTIC/US MAINLAND) & HAWAIIAN AIRLINES (INTER-ISLAND) – BAGGAGE CLAIM #6 to #11
After claiming your bags please step outside the exit and MAKE AN IMMEDIATE LEFT THEN KEEP WALKING TO PREARRANGED 1 LOADING AREA (outside and on the left side of baggage claim 6). Our driver will be waiting for you with your name sign at Prearranged 1.
MOKULELE AIRLINES – BAGGAGE CLAIM A
After claiming your luggage, please just step outside. Our driver/vehicle will be waiting for you outside with your name sign.
