Cancellation and Refund Policies

 
Cancellation by the customer:

A.  For airport pickup and dropoff we require a notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance in order to issue a refund minus 10% for the processing fee.

B.  Airport pickup and dropoff cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled pickup are not refundable.

C.  For special events, proms, weddings, charter and tours, we require a notice of cancellation at least 1 week in advance in order to issue a refund minus 10% for the processing fee.

D.  Cancellations within 1 week for special events, proms, weddings, charter and tours are not refundable.

E.  In the event of a “no-show” (customer fails to show up at the scheduled pick-up location and time without any prior notification), the full fare will be charged.

 
Cancellation by the transportation service:

A.  In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as vehicle breakdown, extreme weather conditions, etc.), we will make every effort to provide alternative transportation or a refund.

B.  We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your reservation at any time due to reasons beyond our control, such as traffic delays, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.

 
Changes to Reservation:

A.  If you need to change the date, time, or location of your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

B.  Any changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to additional fees.
